1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://justgenerateleads.com/ (“Website”) and purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services:
Just Generate Leads provides digital services including, but not limited to:
Website Design and Development
Logo and Branding Design
Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Google Ads Management
Video Editing
3. Payments
All prices are listed in the currency specified on the invoice or checkout page.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before work commences.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Stripe and banking regulations require a clear policy on refunds. As we provide digital services and custom labor, our policy is as follows:
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and before any design or marketing work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
During the Project: Once the design process has started or initial concepts have been delivered, no full refunds will be issued.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our Design packages. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts provided, we will work to revise them. If we are unable to meet your requirements after reasonable revisions, a partial refund may be discussed at the sole discretion of Just Generate Leads management.
Marketing Budgets: Media spend (budget paid directly to platforms like Facebook or Google) is non-refundable once spent.
5. Fulfillment and Delivery Policy
Method of Delivery: All services are digital. Completed files (websites, logos, videos) will be delivered via email, download link, or direct upload to your server.
Delivery Timeline:
Logo/Branding: Initial concepts are typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
Websites: Timelines vary by complexity (typically 5-14 business days). Specific timelines will be outlined in your project proposal.
Marketing Services: Campaigns generally launch within 3-5 business days after strategy approval.

6.Intellectual Property Upon full payment
The client receives 100% ownership rights to the final approved designs and website code. Just Generate Leads retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
7. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information (text, images, credentials) required for us to complete your project. Delays in providing these assets may result in a delay in the final delivery date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Just Generate Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
